We are very pleased to announce the Trainers Training on Building Transformative Leaders Who Drive the Integration of Financial Cooperative Networks on January 13 to 19, 2019 in Bangkok, Thailand.
Background: The shared vision defined by ACCU members in 2014 requires transformational leaders to achieve the vision of Sustainable and Integrated Credit Union Networks. The leaders need first to believe and demonstrate passion on the credit union principles of people helping people. They set direction, build an inspiring vision, and create something new. Leadership is about mapping out where you need to go to “win” as a team or an organization; and it is dynamic, exciting, and inspiring.
The program aims to focus on the key leadership attributes required by leaders to drive the achievement of the vision. The program is designed for volunteers (Board and Committee members) as well as employees of credit unions owing to the fact that leadership can be manifested in every individual.
We encourage you to send your trainers at your network who could roll out the module in your network. We believe the training will help the federations to accelerate the level of integration of credit unions. The trainee will take away a complete Training Manual on the above module assigned as Credit Union Business Solution no. 24.
